Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will promptly remove the infringing material or disable access to it. We will also notify the alleged infringer of the takedown and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.
Counter-Notification: If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include the following information:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location on our website;
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located;
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA takedown notice;
- A statement that the information in the counter-notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
- Your electronic or physical signature.
